| ABTA's new Travel Insurance Training
Programme (TITP) is available for everyone
concerned with the travel industry including:
- Travel organisations who are not
ABTA members
- Colleges and other travel training organisations
- Any company that sells travel insurance
The programme comprises two levels of learning by self-study.
Each level includes a formal test which, if passed,
gives a valuable qualification in the travel industry
awarded by City & Guilds with ABTA.
- Level One covers the basics of a standard
travel insurance policy and includes tips on
selling customers the insurance that is right
for them.
|
|
- Level Two builds on this knowledge, giving
the student in-depth information about travel
insurance.
|
|
The self-study packs are presented in lively, easy-to-read
layouts, using straightforward language to explain concepts,
terminology, procedures and jargon.
Completing the ABTA Travel Insurance Training
Programme is an important step for anyone involved in
the travel industry. It will enable them to give correct
advice and provide customers with the protection they
need whilst travelling - at home or abroad.
TTC Training is operating the programme on behalf of
ABTA and in partnership with
City & Guilds.
