Welcome to TTC Training, a division of NTP Ltd. Established in
1982, we employ more than 150 people at our Woking head office and
in regional teams around the country. We were recognised as an 'Investor
in People ' in 1995 and re-accredited in 2004. TTC Training is committed

TTC Training is a major provider of N/SVQ, sales and management
training as well as examination-based qualifications across a variety
of sectors including property services, retail, logistics, finance,
leisure and travel. The company delivers training to over 5000 students
in the UK and Ireland.
TTC Training has developed an exciting range of staff development
programmes designed specifically to improve and build on existing
skills. These include N/SVQ Programmes, Management and other skills
training, Training Needs Analysis, Investors In People consultancy.
We also specialise in developing product knowledge training programmes.
Vocational Qualifications We are accredited to deliver a range
of Vocational Qualifications including Customer Service, Warehousing
and Distribution, Business Administration and Retail Operations.
We design programmes so that they are tailored to your company culture
and commercial processes and may then become a seamless part of
your appraisal and performance management system.
TTC includes a full assessment support service, a mix of delivery
methods, and are also able to train your own staff for vocational
assessors awards and coach them in mentoring techniques. We can
advise on the government's 'New Deal' initiative.

Skills and other training TTC Training offers a flexible approach
to training by providing a range of programmes and support which
can be tailored to the specific needs of its broad base of customers.
In-house skills and management training options include a range
of more than 40 tailored programmes covering:
sales
marketing
call centres
legislation
accountancy
customer care
supervisory, senior and strategic management
..but we can develop a programme on just about any business discipline
and, if required, build your own in-house qualification.
Structure. The training delivery team accounts for almost half the
organisation's resource and operates in regional teams supported
by an administration unit in Woking.
Experienced training advisers, all qualified N/SVQ assessors, work
with client companies to tailor qualifications and deliver in-house
training. Specialist consultants liaise with government agencies
to secure funding and to provide a comprehensive turnkey package.
Our programme design team are among the best in the business with
highly talented people preparing learning support and other materials
on state of the art applications. Programme designers can develop
everything from specialised skills programmes and qualifications
to product training packages using either paper based, CD-ROM, Internet
or Intranet delivery mechanisms. Our associate partners include
a number of training and management consultants who have experience
of a range of different industries and disciplines.
Access to funding. One of the strengths of TTC Training is its ability
as a national training provider to access government funding for
NVQs and SVQs for candidates under the age of 24. Rather than use
written examinations as the only means of assessing a candidate,
N/SVQs ask them to demonstrate how they apply their knowledge in
the workplace.
