Identify how to recruit
the right person without wasting time or money and to provide
them with a progressive and professional induction to ensure
that they are given every opportunity to reach the standards
of performance required. This course combines well with coaching
and on-the-job training.

Appraisal
Training |
Delegates
will be able to identify the benefits and difficulties of
staff appraisals, to plan appraisal interviews, to design
an appraisal form, to review tasks / projects / skills / responsibilities,
to give feedback based on performance evidence of strengths
and weaknesses (with the appraisee’s participation/self-analysis),
to re-define standards of performance, to identify training/development
needs and agree targets, to draw up an Action Plan with objectives
for the development of the individual, and to set up a monitoring
system to ensure implementation of agreed action.
