Air Fares and Ticketing Course (Passport into Air) is a professional qualification with Levels 1 & 2 being recognised and approved by the International Air Transport Association in the UK. Available at Foundation Level, Level 1 and Level 2. The course can be undertaken by enrolling with one of our partner colleges.

ATOC (Association of Train Operating Companies) Quality of Service Course is a two day course and examination covering fares, timetables, reservations and ticketing. The course is a valuable addition to career development as each agency wishing to qualify as a sales agent for Railways of Britain services must have at least two members of staff in possession of the certificate. Separate ELGAR Training Courses are available for booking GB rail services on Global Distribution Systems.

Certificate in Travel (Tour Operators) previously known as ABTA Tour Operators Certificate (ABTOC) is the standard examination based qualification for tour operators. It is designed to test the knowledge, understanding and many of the skills required by a tour operator. Available at Primary and Advanced levels, now known as Level 2 and Level 3.
